At Proviant, we are immersed in a culture of excellent Swedish raw materials. We support Swedish food production and Swedish farmers. We want the Swedish countryside to flourish and continue to bring forth high quality foods. We back up Swedish producers by using their products in our cooking, selling them in our stores, and spreading the word about them.

Experience the seasons at Proviant

In experiencing Proviant, you will also experience delicious seasonal Swedish foods. Each month we will introduce a new cooking theme, based on raw materials that are at their best in that particular season. And you can experience this in different ways—at Proviant Östermalm or at Proviant Kungsholmen.

Our neighborhood restaurants

All three of our restaurants are serving modern, tasty, and healthy dishes, based on Swedish raw materials in season. The entire menu is also available for take-out.

Proviant Östermalm – Sturegatan 19

Our first restaurant, established in 2007, serves fine classic food every day of the week, finishing off with our Swedish Sunday dinner.

Proviant Kungsholmen – Arbetargatan 33

With its own brewery, the restaurant focuses on innovative and seasonal food that goes with beer. Our own herb garden produces fresh spices for both beer and food.
